About Us

Our mission is to empower individuals and families with resources and guidance to navigate life's challenges.

Our compassionate professionals provide science-proven yet individually tailored interventions in a safe and welcoming environment to alleviate suffering, foster resilience, and promote well-being.

Clarity and Collaboration Set Us Apart

We strive to promptly resolve difficult moments and address significant concerns through time-limited consultations, neuropsychological testing, and clinical assessments.

Our integrated and wrap around services ensure high quality and efficient care. We bring a team of experienced  and compassionate therapists who understand the psychological, social, and learning difficulties that may be driving challenges.  We are experts in assessing and treating anxiety, OCD, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), neurodevelopmental and other conditions that result in distress and resistance. We prioritize understanding the latest assessments and supports for ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and executive functioning challenges to offer affirming care.

  • Erica has worked with my 14 year old ADHD/ASD son since he was 7. She always paints a holistic picture of how his mind works, giving me a deep understanding of who he is and how I can support him. Her nuanced analysis of his needs has been indispensable in our efforts to get him the right support and school placement. I can’t imagine where he would be without her.

  • We were so pleased with Erica’s work on our neuropsych. She has been wonderful to work with throughout, so helpful and supportive, did a great meeting with our son to explain the findings, met with our school after, etc., etc.
